Vendor Information

The Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Fire Protection Districts has approved vendor displays at the 2010 Annual Spring Conference to be held June 25 -27, 2010 at Tan-Tar-A Golf & Resort, Lake of the Ozarks.  Attendees are fire chiefs and board members of fire protection districts from all over the State of Missouri.   

The fee for booth space is $250.00.   You are welcome to set up after 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 25th. We have a hospitality/registration period planned in the vendor area from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday evening.  The conference on Saturday, June 26th commences with a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m., exhibits should be open by 7:15 a.m.   During the lunch break which is 12:00 to 1:00 you will be given 5-10 minutes to introduce yourself and your company.  You will need to take down your exhibit between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.   Saturday evening we have a dinner scheduled from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. which would allow you another opportunity to meet members (no exhibits are permitted during this time).  

If you are planning on staying over, please make your hotel reservations.  There is a block of rooms reserved for the MAFPD Conference.   Please call Tan-Tar-A at (573) 348-3131.
